(Zones 105 and 109), Middle Rio Grande Valley (ZONE 106), and
the Sandia and Manzano Mountains (Zone 104) today and Wednesday
from 11 AM to 9 PM.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...For today, southwest and west 25 to 35 mph with
gusts up to 50 mph. For Wednesday, southwest and west 20 to 30
mph with gusts up to 40 mph, except up to 45 mph on the peaks of
the West Central Basin and Range.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For Tuesday, 9 to 14 percent. For Wednesday,
9 to 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

expected.

* WHERE...West Central Plateau, Northeast Highlands, Eastern
Lincoln County.

* WHEN...From noon to 8 PM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds, especially on
northwest to southeast oriented roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Localized areas of blowing dust may
reduce visibility at times.
