* WHAT...Very cold wind chills between 0 to 5 degrees expected.

* WHERE...Sacramento Mountains Above 7500 Feet and Southern Gila
Region Highlands/Black Range.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM MST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Cold wind chills between 0 to 5 degrees could result in
hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and
hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these
temperatures.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors.

Make sure livestock animals have a warm, dry shelter, food, and
unfrozen water.
