The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Red Flag Warning...which is in effect from noon to 8 PM MDT Monday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AREA AND TIMING...Middle Rio Grande Valley (Zone 106) and West Central Basin and Range (Zone 109) today until 9PM MDT and Monday afternoon from 12PM to 8PM MDT. * 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest to west winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph today then west to northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts 40 to 50 mph on Monday. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...6 to 12 percent today and 10 to 15 percent Monday. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
