...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH
MONDAY EVENING...

The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Fire
Weather Watch...which is in effect from Monday morning through
Monday evening.

* AREA AND TIMING...Northwest Plateau (101), West Central
Mountains (105), West Central Basin and Range (109), Middle Rio
Grande Valley (106), Upper Rio Grande Valley (121), and the
Sandia and Manzano Mountains (124) from Monday morning through
Monday evening.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...West winds 25 to 40 mph with gusts of 50 to 60
mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values between 10 and 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* WHAT...Southwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 75 mph
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northeast, southeast,
and west central New Mexico.

* WHEN...From Monday evening through late Monday night.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Localized areas of blowing dust may restrict
visibility.
