...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM MDT THIS MORNING THROUGH LATE TONIGHT... * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of central New Mexico, including the Albuquerque Metro Area. * WHEN...From 11 AM MDT this morning through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of showers and storms are likely again Thursday. Storms with heavy rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour may occur during the afternoon and evening then another batch of showers with light to moderate rates is expected during the overnight hours.
