This includes the burn scars surrounding the village of Ruidoso. * WHEN...From Friday morning through Friday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The potential exists for at least two rounds of rainfall across the burn scars surrounding Ruidoso on Friday. Storms will be capable of rainfall rates of 1 to 1.5 inches per hour.
