Plains (Zone 104), Central Highlands (Zone 125), and East
Central Plains (Zone 126).

* 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45
mph. Strongest winds will be along and north of I-40 and along
and east of I-25.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values 9 to 13 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommend.

* WHERE...Eastern Lincoln County, South Central Mountains, Eastern
San Miguel County, Far Northeast Highlands, Harding County, Johnson
and Bartlett Mesas Including Raton Pass, Northeast Highlands, Union
County, and Chaves County Plains.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways,
including portions of Interstate 25 and U.S. Highway 285.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Patchy blowing dust may reduce visibility
locally below 3 miles.
