For the Blowing Dust Advisory, visibility between one mile and three miles with localized areas to one-quarter mile in blowing dust expected. * WHERE...Southeast New Mexico plains, Van Horn and Highway 54 Corridor, and Eastern Culberson. * WHEN...From 9 AM MDT /10 AM CDT/ this morning to 8 PM MDT /9 PM CDT/ this evening. * IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility. A sudden gust of wind could drop visibility to near zero instantly. Gusty winds may blow around unsecured objects. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
