The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Red Flag Warning...which is in effect from noon to 7 PM MDT Monday. A Fire Weather Watch has also been issued. This Fire Weather Watch is in effect from Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday evening. * AREA AND TIMING...Northeast Highlands (Zone 123) for Monday from Noon to 7 PM MDT and Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday evening. * 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph today. Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph on Tuesday * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values 13 to 19 percent today and 11 to 16 percent Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
