For Wednesday, southwest and west 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph, except up to 45 mph on the peaks of the West Central Basin and Range. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For Tuesday, 9 to 14 percent. For Wednesday, 9 to 15 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
