...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO 9 PM MDT THIS EVENING... * AREA AND TIMING...Northwest Plateau (Zone 101), West Central Mountains (Zone 105), West Central Basin and Range (Zone 109) and the Upper Rio Grande Valley and Lower Chama River Valley (Zone 121) from 11 AM to 9 PM today. * 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...5 to 10 percent across western NM. 10 to 15 percent across the Upper Rio Grande and Lower Chama River Valleys. * IMPACTS...Any ongoing or new fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
