In west central New Mexico, San Francisco River Valley, Southwest Mountains, West Central Highlands, West Central Mountains and West Central Plateau. * WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT early this morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers with moderate to briefly heavy rainfall will continue through the early morning hours. Rapid runoff may occur with stronger storms given the very saturated soils.
