HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Mainly rural areas of North Central Torrance and South Central Santa Fe Counties. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
