...FIRE WEATHER WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING... * AREA AND TIMING...Rio Grande Valley (Zone 106), Sandia and Manzano Mountains (Zone 124), West Central Mountains, Basin, and Range (Zones 105 and 109) Sunday from noon to 8 PM MDT. * 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest at 25 to 40 mph with gusts of 50 to 60 mph. The strongest gusts will be over the mountains. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values of 10 to 15 percent, except up to 20 percent along the continental divide, and over 20 percent in the Chuska Mountains. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
