This Fire Weather Watch is in effect from Friday morning through Friday evening. * AREA AND TIMING...Northeast Plains and Highlands (Zones 104 and 123), Central Highlands (Zone 125), and East Central Plains (Zone 126). For Thursday, from noon through 8 PM MDT. For Friday, from Friday morning through Friday evening. * 20 FOOT WINDS...For Thursday, southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. For Friday, west to southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For Thursday, minimum values of 5 to 9 percent. For Friday, minimum values of 8 to 12 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
