Tree limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Patches of blowing dust will develop Sunday afternoon and limit visibility to less than 5 miles at times. Lower visibility near 1 mile is possible across southern Chaves County and near Carrizozo. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Higher winds and gusts in the mountains. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 8 percent. * RFTI...6 to 8 or critical to extreme. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
