* WHEN...From 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Patches of blowing dust will develop Sunday
afternoon and limit visibility to less than 5 miles at times. Lower
visibility near 1 mile is possible across southern Chaves County
and near Carrizozo.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
