Dangerous flows in arroyos and low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 738 PM MDT, Rainfall was beginning to diminish across the Las Cruces area. Minor flooding from runoff is likely to inundate arroyos and low water crossings, especially in the Talavera area. Other trouble spots likely include the area along the west mesa from Picacho and Fairacres south towards Mesilla Valley Bosque State Park. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
