On Monday, west and northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. On Tuesday, west 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...8-18 percent, except 7-12 percent on Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly and will be hard to control.
