...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM MDT THIS EVENING... * AREA AND TIMING...Northwest Plateau (Zone 101), West Central Mountains (Zone 105), West Central Basin and Range (Zone 109), Middle Rio Grande Valley (Zone 106), Sandia and Manzano Mountains (Zone 124), the Central Highlands (Zone 125), and the East Central Plains (Zone 126) until 9 PM MDT. * 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest and west 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph, except 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph across the Central Highlands. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...5 to 14 percent, except up to 20 percent in the Chuska Mountains. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
