20 nm, Coastal waters from Cape May NJ to Cape Henlopen DE out
20 nm and Coastal waters from Cape Henlopen to Fenwick Island

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM EST Thursday.
For the Gale Warning, from 6 PM Thursday to 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
