For the second Gale Warning, west winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 7 to 11 ft expected. * WHERE...Coastal waters from Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet NJ out 20 nm and Coastal waters from Manasquan Inlet to Little Egg Inlet NJ out 20 nm. * WHEN...For the first Gale Warning, until 10 PM EDT this evening. For the second Gale Warning, from 6 AM Friday to 2 AM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
