* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of New Jersey, including the following areas,
Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris, Somerset, Sussex and Warren
and Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Berks, Delaware,
Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Lehigh, Lower Bucks,
Northampton, Philadelphia, Upper Bucks, Western Chester and
Western Montgomery.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms continue this evening across
eastern Pennsylvania and northern New Jersey. Rainfall rates
up to 1 to 2 inches per hour remain possible in these storms
with already saturated grounds from heavy rain earlier in the
day.
