In southern New Jersey, Camden, Gloucester, Northwestern Burlington and Salem. * WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rain is expected to move in late this evening and then continue overnight. Periods of rainfall with rates of 1-2" per hour are possible.
