11 miles northeast of Philadelphia, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to
roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

Burlington, Bristol, Mount Holly, Riverside, Palmyra, Bordentown,

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

In addition to large hail and damaging winds, frequent cloud to
ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Move indoors
immediately. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough
to be struck by lightning.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware, including the following
area, New Castle, New Jersey, including the following areas,
Camden, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Northwestern
Burlington, Salem, Somerset and Western Monmouth, and
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Berks, Delaware,
Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Lower Bucks, Philadelphia,
Upper Bucks, Western Chester and Western Montgomery.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Another round of heavy showers and thunderstorms is moving
through These storms will have the potential to bring
rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches within a brief period of
time leading to flash flooding. Localized total rainfall
amounts up to 4 inches will be possible before showers and
storms wind down overnight Tuesday night.
