For the Wind Advisory, west winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Portions of central, northern, and northwest New Jersey and east central, northeast, and southeast Pennsylvania. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM EST this morning. For the Wind Advisory, from 10 AM this morning to 1 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. For the Gale Warning, west winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt. Seas 5 to 8 feet expected across the central and eastern sound. * WHERE...Long Island Sound, New York Harbor, Peconic and Gardiners Bays, and South Shore Bays from Jones Inlet through Shinnecock Bay. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 9 AM this morning to 6 PM EST this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 6 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
