* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Low
visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

with gusts up to 35 kt. 3 to 5 feet seas for the central and
eastern sound. For the Gale Warning, west winds 25 to 35 kt with
gusts up to 40 kt. Seas 5 to 8 feet expected across the central
and eastern sound.

* WHERE...Long Island Sound, New York Harbor, Peconic and
Gardiners Bays, and South Shore Bays from Jones Inlet through
Shinnecock Bay.
