* WHERE...Long Island Sound west of Port Jefferson and New
Haven, and New York Harbor.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 6 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.

...COASTAL FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM SUNDAY TO 5 AM EST
MONDAY...

* WHAT...One to two feet of inundation above ground level
expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal
waterways.

* WHERE...Middlesex, Western Monmouth and Eastern Monmouth.

* WHEN...From 9 PM Sunday to 5 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...At this level, widespread roadway flooding occurs in
coastal and bayside communities and along inland tidal
waterways. Many roads become impassable. Some damage to
vulnerable structures may begin to occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional coastal flooding may linger into
Monday afternoon's high tide cycles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Coastal Flood Warning means that moderate or major tidal
flooding is occurring or imminent. Be prepared for rising water
levels and take appropriate action to protect life and property.
Follow the recommendations of local emergency management
officials.

Do not drive your vehicle through flood waters. The water may be
deeper than you think it is. You will be putting yourself in
danger and your vehicle may be damaged, leading to costly
repairs.

MONDAY...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations
between 20 and 24 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Monmouth, Western Monmouth, Coastal Ocean, Ocean,
and Southeastern Burlington Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Sunday to 6 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
