between 4 and 6 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Warren County. In Pennsylvania, Monroe
County.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Friday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest snow amounts will be in the northern
half of the county and within elevated areas. Rates of up to 1
inch an hour will cause travel impacts Friday night. Local amounts
could exceed 8 inches in the higher elevations.
