...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM THIS MORNING TO 6 PM EST WEDNESDAY... * WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 3 to 5 ft expected. * WHERE...Coastal waters from Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet NJ out 20 nm and Coastal waters from Manasquan Inlet to Little Egg Inlet NJ out 20 nm. * WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to 6 PM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A lull in winds and seas is expected to occur this evening and through at least midnight tonight. Winds and seas will build again following a cold frontal passage overnight. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
