For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and seas 3 to 6 ft expected. * WHERE...Coastal waters from Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet NJ out 20 nm and Coastal waters from Manasquan Inlet to Little Egg Inlet NJ out 20 nm. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 11 AM EDT Tuesday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 6 PM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
