Franklin, and Southern Oxford Counties. In New Hampshire, Belknap,
Merrimack, Sullivan, Northern Carroll, Northern Grafton, Southern
Carroll, and Southern Grafton Counties.

* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, until 8 AM EDT this morning. For
the Freeze Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 8 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
