Higher amounts in excess of 20 inches are possible along coastal SW Maine and the New Hampshire Seacoast. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Maine and central, northern, and southern New Hampshire. * WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...The potential exists for snowbands that will bring periods of locally heavy snowfall, which will lead to rapid snow accumulations and extremely dangerous travel conditions. Travel is not recommended as heavy snowfall and very low visibility will create extremely dangerous driving conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
