In New Hampshire, Western and Central Hillsborough, Belknap, Merrimack, Strafford, Sullivan, Southern Carroll, Cheshire, Eastern Hillsborough, and Interior Rockingham Counties. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 20 to 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
