In New Hampshire, Belknap, Strafford, Southern Carroll, Southern Grafton, Eastern Hillsborough, and Interior Rockingham Counties. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 24 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 6 inches. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Maine and central and southern New Hampshire. * WHEN...Until 6 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...The potential exists for snowbands that will bring periods of locally heavy snowfall, which will lead to rapid snow accumulations and extremely dangerous travel conditions.
