* IMPACTS...If damaging winds do develop, they would be expected to
blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible.
Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...If the probability of damaging winds
increases, then a high wind warning may be issued later today.
However, it is possible that winds could remain below damaging
levels depending on the low pressure track.
