For the Gale Watch, northeast winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 10 to 15 ft possible. * WHERE...Coastal Waters from Cape Elizabeth, ME to Merrimack River, MA out 25 NM. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM EDT Friday. For the Gale Watch, from Friday morning through Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
