temperatures as low as 23 possible.

* WHERE...In Maine, Interior Cumberland Highlands, Southern
Franklin, and Southern Oxford Counties. In New Hampshire, Belknap,
Merrimack, Sullivan, Northern Carroll, Northern Grafton, Southern
Carroll, and Southern Grafton Counties.

* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Thursday. For
the Freeze Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
