out 25 NM, Penobscot Bay, Coastal Waters from Port Clyde, ME
to Cape Elizabeth, ME out 25 NM, Casco Bay and Coastal Waters
from Cape Elizabeth, ME to Merrimack River, MA out 25 NM.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

* WHAT...For the first High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves of
4 to 7 feet, for the Coastal Flood Advisory, minor coastal
flooding and splash-over expected around the time of high tide.
Several consecutive high tides may lead to minor coastal
flooding into Monday.

* WHERE...In Maine, Coastal York and Coastal Cumberland
Counties. In New Hampshire, Coastal Rockingham County.

* WHEN...For the first High Surf Advisory, until 7 PM EDT this
evening. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from 1 AM to 4 AM EDT
Saturday. For the second High Surf Advisory, from 8 AM to 7 PM
EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only
isolated road closures expected. Dangerous swimming and
surfing conditions and localized beach erosion.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to
dangerous surf conditions.
