possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following counties,
Harrison and Monona and Nebraska, including the following
counties, Antelope, Boone, Burt, Butler, Cedar, Colfax, Cuming,
Dodge, Knox, Madison, Pierce, Platte, Saunders, Seward, Stanton,
Thurston, Washington and Wayne.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rainfall ongoing early this morning is occurring on saturated
soil at many locations, leading to an increased risk for
flooding.
