* WHERE...In Iowa, Monona County. In Nebraska, Burt, Dodge,
Saunders, Washington, Cuming, Thurston, and Wayne Counties.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 8 AM CST Tuesday. For the
Wind Advisory, from 10 AM to 7 PM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Low
visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
