...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 10 AM CST FRIDAY... * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 28 below expected. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Iowa and east central, northeast, and southeast Nebraska. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM CST Friday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside.
