* WHAT...Northwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph
expected.

* WHERE...In Nebraska, Banner County, Box Butte County, Morrill
County, Scotts Bluff County, and Southern Sioux County. In
Wyoming, East Platte County and Goshen County.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 PM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including
campers and tractor trailers.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong gusty winds combined with low humidity
and very dry fuels will produce conditions favorable for the rapid
spread of grassland wildfires.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Fasten loose objects or shelter objects in a safe location prior to
the onset of winds. Avoid outdoor burning and any other activities
