For Friday, northwest winds 15 to 20 MPH with gusts up to 30 MPH. * HUMIDITY...For Thursday and Friday, 5 to 10 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Poor overnight humidity recoveries can be expected tonight and Friday night. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
