Start time 1 PM CDT/ 12 PM MDT/ ending at 9 PM CDT /8 PM MDT/. * WINDS...South 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as around 15 percent. * TEMPERATURES...High temperatures in the upper 80s to near 90. * LIGHTNING...Dry lightning possible late Wednesday afternoon and evening, especially west of Highway 83. * IMPACTS...Any fire starts may rapidly grow and spread.
