Localized power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind speeds will very slowly/gradually decrease through the late afternoon and early evening hours, with most areas seeing gusts no higher than 40 to 45 MPH by around 8 PM.
