Sustained speeds of 20 to 30 MPH with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 to 25 percent. The lowest values between 10 and 15 percent are expected to occur across areas mainly west of Highway 281. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
