worsen through the night. Expect widespread visibility down to 1/4
mile or less thorugh the night and most of Christmas morning.

* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and east central and
south central Nebraska.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
