...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST MONDAY... * WHAT...Very cold wind chill temperatures of -15 to -25 degrees tonight into Monday morning. * WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and central, east central, and south central Nebraska. * WHEN...Until noon CST Monday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Overnight to early morning air temperatures are expected to drop as low as -5 to -12 degrees.
