* WINDS...North 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 MPH on Friday,
and south 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph on Saturday.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent both Friday and
Saturday afternoons.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
