The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Fire
Weather Watch, which is in effect from Friday afternoon through
Friday evening.

* AFFECTED AREA... Fire weather zones 430, 431, and 437.

* WIND... For the Red Flag Warning, west to northwest winds
gusting 40 to 60 mph. For the Fire Weather Watch, west to
southwest winds gusting 30 to 35 mph.

* HUMIDITY... For the Red Flag Warning, 12 to 20 percent. For the
Fire Weather Watch, 15 to 20 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Expect humidity recoveries only to around
35 to 45% Thursday morning with occasional wind gusts of 40 to
60 mph anticipated. Much better humidity recoveries Thursday
into Friday, likely over 80 percent.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
