...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 10 AM
CDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 24 to 31 degrees
expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and central, east
central, and south central Nebraska, including the Tri Cities.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This will likely be the final Frost/Freeze
product of the fall 2025 season issued by NWS Hastings, as the
entire area is now well past its average first freeze date.

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
